How will my business and customer Details be kept safe?
The virtual assistants at Sis Assist understand the importance of client confidentiality and are required to sign NDA’s with the company. We value our clients’ security and privacy and guarantee that your business and customer details will not be shared outside of the company.
is there a minimum required contract?
Your initial contract will be for 1 month. At the end of that month, you will have the option to extend based on your business needs.
how will i be billed?
Once your contract is signed, you will be sent an invoice. Upon payment of the invoice, Sis Assist will begin providing the agreed upon services. We will work with you to determine which plan is best for you in terms of budget and need.
how do you track your time?
Sis Assist uses a computer-based, time tracking software. Unused hours will not roll over to the next month, and any additional hours worked will be charged at an hourly rate or you can upgrade your package.
